The Lowest Limit of Administrative Fine Given According to the Act on Protection of Competition Has Been Designated. 4 December 2017

The lowest limit of administrative fines which was given according to Article 16 of the Act on Protection of Competition numbered 4054 has been designated. Where it was designated as 18.377,-TL (eighteen thousand three hundred seventy seven Turkish Liras) on the year of 2017; it has been designated as 21.036,-TL (twenty one thousand thirty six Turkish Liras) for the year of 2018. The related regulation of Competition Board has been published in the Official Gazette dated 02.12.2017 and numbered 30258.
