“Regulation on Data Controller Registry (VERBIS)” Has Been Published 2 January 2018

“Regulation on Data Controller Registry” has been published in the Official Gazette dated 30.12.2017 and numbered 30286 and it has entered into force as from the date of 01.01.2018. With this Regulation; the procedure and principles of Data Controller Registry (VERBIS), which have been envisaged by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, has been regulated.
