“The Communiqué Amending the Public Procurement General Communiqué” has been published in the Official Gazette dated 29.06.2017 and numbered 30109. According to this amendment; 4^th Paragraph headed “Administrative jurisdiction decisions in the process of application of the Contract” has been added to Article 25 headed “Issues Regarding the Application of the Contract” of the Public Procurement General Communiqué which was entered into force by the promulgation in the Official Gazette dated 22.08.2009 and numbered 27327.
