Regulation on Working Procedure and Principles of the Board of Protection of Personal Data (“Regulation”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 16.11.2017 and numbered 30242. This Regulation regulates the working procedure and principles of the Board of Protection of Personal Data while performing its duties which has been previously envisaged by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“the Law”) such as regulating the matters left by the Law to it, evaluating the complains specified by the Law and issuing the permissions.
