Regulation Amending the Regulation on Processing and Protecting the Privacy of Personal Health Data (“Regulation”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 24.11.2017 and numbered 30250. This Regulation abolished the regulations regarding the Commission of Personal Health Data completely and brought important changes regarding the some permissions that needs to be taken for collection, processing and national or international transfer of personal health data and accessing to such data.
