Regulation on Personal Data Protection Experts (“the Regulation”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 09.02.2018 and numbered 30327. With this Regulation, the procedure and principles of the appointment of personal data experts and assistant experts and their duties and responsibilities have been regulated.
