Amount of support to be provided in 2017 in accordance with Provisional Article 71 of Social Insurance And General Health Insurance Law No. 5510 is determined 30 May 2017

The daily earning taken as basis to premium amount for companies, which apply collective labor agreement pursuant to Law on Trade Unions and Collective Labor Agreements numbered 6365, is determined as 164,70 TL being effective from 01.05.2017 by Decree of the Council of Ministers numbered 2017/10326 and promulgated in Official Gazette dated 20.05.2017 and numbered 30071.

Accordingly, social security premium support will be applied starting from the date of 01.05.2017 for insured employees whose daily wages are less than 164,70 TL as imposed by the above mentioned Decree of the Council of Ministers and who work within the body of companies that belong to private sector employees which apply collective labor agreements.
