Ministry of Customs and Trade Published “The Communique on Signing of the Memorandum of Association in the Registry of Commerce” 5 June 2017

The Communique on Signing of the Memorandum of Association in the Registry of Commerce was promulgated in the Official Gazette dated 06.12.216 and numbered 29910.

Accordingly, founders of the company or representatives of the same have to be present before the registry of commerce during the establishment process of the company and they have to sign the memorandum of association before the registry office manager.

Additionally, pursuant to Article 12 of the abovementioned Communique, signature declarations which have to be submitted to the registry of commerce can be prepared by the registries instead of notaries.
