“The General Communiqué on Electronic Notification System”, which was enacted by Ministry of Customs and Trade, has been published in the Official Gazette dated 25.01.2018 and numbered 30312. With this Communiqué, the procedures and principles regarding the notification of the documents issued by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and Consumer Arbitration Committees required to be sent in electronic environment according to the provisions of the Notification Law numbered 7201 have been regulated.
