The Law on the Amendment of Some Taxation Laws and Other Laws numbered 7061 Has Been Published 7 December 2017
The Law on the Amendment of Some Taxation Laws and Other Laws numbered 7061 (“the Law”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 05.12.2017 and numbered 30261 and came into force. Pursuant to the Law;
- The definition of Letter of Guarantee has been added to Public Procurement Law numbered 4734,
- The regulation in Provisional Article 3 of the Cheque Law numbered 5914, which regulates that cheques cannot be submitted before the date of issuance written on it has been extended until 31.12.2020 and,
- The regulations on Initial Coin Offer (ICO) have been added to Capital Market Law numbered 6362.
